• Not list properties they do not own or manage
• Update listings promptly when information changes

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Use the platform for legitimate inquiries only
• Not harass or spam hostel owners
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform

5. Disclaimer

SikarHostels provides a platform to connect tenants with hostel owners. We do not own or manage listed properties. Users are responsible for verifying property details independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

SikarHostels shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Your use of SikarHostels is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
