4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform for legitimate inquiries only
• Not harass or spam hostel owners
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform

5. Disclaimer

Sikar Hostels provides a platform to connect tenants with hostel owners. We do not own or manage listed properties. Users are responsible for verifying property details independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sikar Hostels shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Advertising

This website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. By using this website, you agree to the following:

• Advertisements are served based on your browsing history and interests (if personalized ads are enabled).
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You must not artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks, or encourage others to do so.

8. User-Generated Content

Hostel owners who submit listings are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of their content, including photographs, descriptions, pricing, and amenity information. Sikar Hostels reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or does not meet our quality standards. By submitting content, you grant Sikar Hostels a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing across our platform and marketing channels.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) submitting false or misleading information about a property; (b) contacting hostel owners or users for purposes other than legitimate accommodation inquiries; (c) attempting to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our website without authorization; (d) interfering with the proper functioning of the platform; (e) posting or transmitting any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (f) impersonating any person or entity; or (g) using the platform for any fraudulent activity.

10. Termination

Sikar Hostels reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may remove any listings or content you have submitted.

11. Privacy

Your use of Sikar Hostels is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
